I've started to work on this. 

1)So i only need to change the main pom.xml in the root of Hama trunk?
2)Which directories should plugin clean? I suggest next one: hama-trunk/lib, 
hama-trunk/[core, examples]/target/surefire-resources.
3)I'm a newbie to maven. Build here means mvn package?
