Subject Re: Debugging hama in eclipse
Date Thu, 23 Jun 2011 09:04:26 GMT
<property>
   <name>fs.default.name</name>
    <value>localhost:9000</value>
  </property>

This is the same in both hadoop-site.xml and the hama-site.xml

The /etc/hosts file looks like this -

69.90.54.2 ubuntu # Added by NetworkManager
127.0.0.1       localhost.localdomain   localhost
::1     ubuntu  localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6
127.0.1.1       ubuntu.ubuntu-domain    ubuntu

# The following lines are desirable for IPv6 capable hosts
::1     localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
fe00::0 ip6-localnet
ff00::0 ip6-mcastprefix
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters
ff02::3 ip6-allhosts

Thanks
Ashish
