Hi frederick,

I'm sure it's just a configuration issue, not a bug.

On my Windows OS (XP and 7) and Cygwin, the hama-0.2.0-RC2 works well.

Thanks for your opinion but, I don't think we should change the
default configurations to suit Windows.
