That's good! This layout of directory structure is similar to those of Hadoop consisting of
hdfs, mapreduce, core, and so on.

Probably, directories are as follows:

src/examples/org/apache...
src/bsp/org/apache... 
src/matrix/org/apache... 

But, how do we name the directory of new graph package?

src/graph/org/apache... 
or
src/angrapa/org/apache... 

Which one is better?
