Local test passed. 

scanner(0, 32) will returns [0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31}
instead of [0, 1, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 2, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27,
28, 29, 3, 30, 31, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]

Submit to hudson.
