DenseVector seems can't be writable
------------------------------------

                 Key: HAMA-63
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HAMA-63
             Project: Hama
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: mapred
            Reporter: Edward J. Yoon
            Assignee: Edward J. Yoon
             Fix For: 0.1.0

DenseVector have an operation methods. BTW, it will be overwrited by iterator.next() while
run on the map/reduce. So, first.equals(second) returns true as below. It's a problematic.

  public void reduce(IntWritable key, Iterator<DenseVector> values,
      OutputCollector<IntWritable, VectorUpdate> output, Reporter reporter)
      throws IOException {

    DenseVector first = values.next();
    DenseVector second = values.next();
    first.equals(second); // true
  }
