You shouldn't link the release to your account because that site doesn't
have the bandwidth or world-wide mirroring system of the ASF. You need to copy the release
artifacts to the ASF world-wide mirroring system by copying them from your home directory


You'll need to talk to someone in infra@ to turn this on for Giraph if it hasn't
been done already.

Are you planning on integrating this release into Maven Central? If so, 
you'll need to publish it to Apache Nexus, which you'll have request 
help from infra@ on also.

I'd recommend doing this for 0.2 but it's not a blocker for now.
