Hi -

For this first release I am switching to VOTE +1 since as Justin writes this is a documentation
issue Cn permissive licenses.

However, it needs to be clearly explained so that users of ECharts can clearly understand
all of the implications of using it. The ECharts podling and mentors (Justin, Dave and Kevin)
will need to research the best way to document how to license these derivative versions of
D3. We should do so on the dev@echarts mailing list and the legal affairs committee’s JIRA.
