Yep.

Everything I=E2=80=99ve read leads me to believe =E2=80=9Cconvenience =
binary bundles" (e.g., zip) and (maven repository distributed) =
"convenience binary jars" are =E2=80=9Crelease artifacts=E2=80=9D.  =
Hence it=E2=80=99s just that these jars are exempt from this =
=E2=80=9Cincubating in the name requirement" for release artifacts.  Is =
that the correct description?
