As I understand it, you have 33 Hg repos - assuming you are looking to
migrate all of those do you have someone on the Netbeans side who can
manage that migration?

I'd love to see a discussion of what release infrastructure you have -
are we talking CI? Is this merely a means to download binaries? Are we
talking something else?  Most projects make releases available via our
mirror system, though there are a few exceptions out there.

This looks to be an interesting. Are the plugins gated by license? Any
vetting going on? Is there a history of DMCA requests being served by
things uploaded to plugins.nb.o? How much bandwidth does this site
consume? Are their folks who can maintain this site from bare metal up
in the project?

What are you using now for website/CMS?
