I would argue that the inclusion of "incubator" is the easier solution, and
that forcing them to comply with branding rules (logo, disclaimer, naming)
is the harder part.  They can no longer claim partial compliance by using
the .incubator. url.

Yep, I have them on my to do.  They're not out of compliance with the
current wording, and we should probably update the current wording to say
that it should be above the fold.
