Correct, someone associated with the podling please gather all the
information and ask what you need there (which is privately archived).

Also correct.  Do not try to do both things in one step.  The SGA should
be left as is, and done with the code transfer normally.

Separately, we will need a commitment by the existing trademark holder
(i.e. someone from the legal owner) to execute a standard trademark and
goodwill transfer agreement for any marks intended to be donated, to be
signed before the podling *graduates*.  We're happy to be flexible on
the timing there, because we all want to ensure the podling is healthy
and moving towards graduation first.
