It=E2=80=99s also worth discussing whether the =E2=80=9Ctasked with the = creation of a set of bylaws=E2=80=9D section of the proposal is really = needed. My understanding is that that section is not actually necessary, and has = proliferated among projects largely due to copying/pasting of other = graduation proposals. I believe it is only necessary if a project plans = to deviate from the ASF standard ASF practices.
