Greets,

Since this is Ted's first month as IPMC Chair, I promised "lots of
help" and deadlines are coming up, I've gone ahead and completed most
of the general section of the report.

Ted, feel free to look things over and edit as you see fit.  Come
Monday, I'll send out the draft report to this list.  What will remain
after that is for you to file the report with the Board on Wednesday.

Next month, we should have you use the report_runbook.py script and
collaborate more closely.
