Thank you very much for your diligence, Robert. Four podlings did not receive
automatic reminders today:

*   Brooklyn
*   Fleece
*   Flink
*   Slider

I have sent out reminders manually to all four.

There were several problems with that commit. Can I get a volunteer to
perform the following edits on podlings.xml? I could do it myself, but the
point of writing all this out is to build community.

Kalumet, S4 and NPanday should have the `monthly` tag set, but it should be
for `July` only:

    <reporting group="N" monthly="true">July</reporting>

(Note that `N` is a placeholder and should be either 1, 2, or 3.)

Flink should have the monthly tag set, with a duration of `May, June, July`:

    <reporting group="N" monthly="true">May, June, July</reporting>

Brooklyn, Slider and Parquet should have the monthly tag set, with a duration
of `June, July, August`.

    <reporting group="N" monthly="true">June, July, August</reporting>

Optiq should have the monthly tag set, with a duration of `July, August,
September`:

    <reporting group="N" monthly="true">July, August, September</reporting>

Fleece's entry is already correct, including the `monthly` tag and the
duration. It's not clear to me why no reminder went out. :(

**No other podling should have a `monthly` tag**.

The glitch appears to have been due to unclear instructions in
report_runbook.py.

    # For any podlings that did not report, add a "monthly" attribute
    # in podlings.xml.  See http://s.apache.org/At0 for a sample commit.
    # mechanical -- Assign podlings which do not report to "monthly".
    [... edit podlings.xml with your editor of choice ...]
    svn ci -m "Assign podlings which did not report to 'monthly'."

...

    # Edit podlings.xml: remove the "monthly" attribute for podlings
    # where it has expired. Commit any changes.
    [... edit podlings.xml with your editor of choice ...]
    svn ci -m "Remove expired 'monthly' attributes."

That would be great, thanks!
