I feel the same way. And to clarify my position a bit - I am in no way against having Optiq
in the incubator, it sounds like a very impressive library. I was merely probing if it would
be possible to merge or standardize some of the aspects of the projects - work together where
it's possible, and differentiate where it makes sense.

I would be a strong +1 to modify our proposal template to include a section like that. It
will be, if nothing else, a strong forcing function to spend some time considering similar
projects.
