Please, let's not make up new rules as we go along.

To be sure as IPMC members we should proactively inform the prospective podling of the potential
problems they will encounter entering the Incubator with less than 3 mentors.  It would commendable
if IPMC members actively hunted such mentors down for the potential podling.

But let's not do ad hoc tweaking to our processes.  Let's keep things simple and let the vote
continue.
