Agreed, looks like they're doing great.

The only question I had was about current status in terms of
diversity. The team list [1] shows many people from the same company,
but as said in the report, they've been expanding the committer base
nicely. Assuming diversity is not a concern for Syncope, I think
they'd be ready to start preparing for graduation.
