Hi,

Looks like the Incubator wiki is getting hit by spammers. A simple
solution to the problem is to require whitelisting of all wiki users
[1], though it does add a bit of an entry barrier. I'll request infra
to make the required configuration change unless anyone comes up with
an alternative solution.
