I have rewritten that bit as follows, do it work for you and others? "Existing Flex-related conferences, podcasts and websites should be allowed to continue using =E2=80=9CFlex=E2=80=9D as part of their name, how= ever such use will have to conform to existing Apache trademark policies listed at http://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/ .
