 to write portable =E2=80=9Cextensions=E2=80=9D that can be used to modify =
the behaviour of the Java EE platform, by=C2=A0=C2=A0=0Aoffering additional=
 features not provided by the platform by default. =0AApache DeltaSpike bui=
lds on this portable extensions SPI by providing baseline=C2=A0=C2=A0utilit=
ies and CDI Extensions which form the base of almost all CDI=C2=A0=C2=A0app=
