Sounds like a good id.... hey wait a second!  That's me!

First problem is the typical herding cats problem.

But more specific to this proposal, I will submit that this proposal
doesn't really need a champion, what it needs is mentors.  And the way
I like to mentor is by convincing people that yes, really, you are
allowed to directly make edits (in this case we are talking about the
proposal)  or to spin off new threads.

Sounds like a great idea!  You do realize that it is a wiki, right?
Perhaps you could create a new page, sketch out what you would like to
see, leave some prominent TODOs for others, and advertise it here in a
new thread?  What do you think?
