The following votes were cast:

+1 Alan Cabrera
+1 Kevan Miller
+1 Matt Hogstrom
+1 Stefan Bodewig

That's a total of +4 votes.  The vote passes for the IPMC to approve the 
release of Apache VCL 2.2.1.  I'll get the artifacts, sums, and signature 
created and posted online shortly.

We in the ASF VCL community thank the IPMC for your support and guidance of 
our project while we are still in the incubation phase.
