Incubator PMC,
We just had a vote based on RC1 but found a bug in it. So, this is a new vote
based on RC2. This email is pretty much the same as the last one. Due to
feedback in the previous IPMC vote, I did remove the mention of Dojo from the
NOTICE file. We need 3 votes from the IPMC for this to pass.
The Apache VCL community voted on and approved a proposal to release Apache
VCL 2.2.1. We would like to request the endorsement of the Incubator PMC to
publish this release.
