Hey hey,

I definitely understand the reasoning. Hmm. I think the way to look at =
it is, "it depends, but do whatever is needed to allow apache liberal =
rights to sublicense all the IP to it's users".

The second way to look at it is that logic and legal stuff are not =
always as closely connected as you might think...so I think this really =
is something to run by legal-discuss / whoever designed the process =
(Roy?), people like me just regurgitate what they learned before :)
