Correct (to a point), see separate mail.

Not really necessary. Users can do the download themselves.

IMHO, and IANAL either, this is a case where;

1. I think it is Ok if the project lists "Red5" or "Adobe FMS" as
"System Requirements" as it is clearly very tied to this kind of
technology.

2. That this or new/separate project later develops such a server at Apache.
