Hi Jochen,
In addition to the copyright date, when I build locally, some of the  
jars are not being generated with all of the required LICENSE, NOTICE,  
DISCLAIMER files. However, looks like your generated binaries are  
correct. On my system:

apache-rat/target/apache-rat-0.6.jar does not include a LICENSE
apache-rat-tasks/target/apache-rat-tasks-0.6.jar does not include a  
LICENSE or a NOTICE

Any idea why I'd see different behavior?
