the documentation about this process may well be a little misleading

states that:
"Currently new Podlings report to the Incubator monthly for the first
three months, then quarterly thereafter."
and
"The reporting schedule is on the Incubator Wiki,"
but http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/ReportingSchedule groups podlings
into quarters
where is this information supposed to be stored?
