Beyond MediaWiki -> MoinMoin formatting changes, the following changes
were made:
* Removed mention of a db subproject as a potential home. This
change does not limit the potential options available at exit, it
simply makes the proposal less wishy-washy.
* Added myself as a committer. I do plan to contribute code to this project.
A number of good people indicated a willingness to be considered as
mentors. At this time, I would like to ask that those that still wish
to do so simply add themselves to the wiki page. Once that is
complete, we can proceed onto a VOTE thread.
Based on my observations over the past few months, I do not believe
that this group will require much in the way of mentoring. And as the
IP is fairly clean and the remaining issues look easy to address, I
believe that the incubation process will be short for this project.
