A community also includes the users.   In this case, we were talking  
about the commit ACL for a project where there's been lots of  
promises of action and very little action.  In order for Heraldry to  
continue there needs to be enough of the code committers who want to  
continue, and 3 or 4 is a little small in my eyes.  I really do not  
want to be back in this situation again in a few months.

I know that I personally would be happy to have someone doing docs /  
website work.   But lack of docs isn't Heraldry's first order problem  
at the moment.

Let's hope we can actually get a functioning PPMC this time around.
