It's pretty vague, and while some flexibility is good, giving people an idea of what an Apache project should look like over time would be useful. If it's just your personal project that no one is ever going to find too interesting, perhaps it's not right for the ASF. Anyway, just a thought that crossed my mind... Ciao, -- David N.
