+1

- - The Beehive committers have clearly demonstrated their willingness
and ability to develop and respond to their community.

- - They've built good relationships with committers on other projects,
including Axis, Geronimo, and Struts.

- - They are clealy dedicated to working within the open, meritocratic,
and consensus-based Apache development process.

- - Beyond community and code, they've also shown a sensitivity and
willingness to properly handle legal and PR aspects of Apache, which
is especially important for a TLP.

Overall, it is clear to me that the Beehive project is not only on a
successful path for their own community, but that they are interested
in making the rest of Apache successful as well.

Cliff
