There are no other claims.

Any further work on this code base by RW will be in collaboration with other
committers; that is, people at RW would be simply committers like anyone
else.  With this initiative, we are looking forward to working within the
Apache community to move this code into an open source resource.

Ok.  I'll have to get back to you on this for the strict legal requirements.
My understanding is that you are right that this HP statement is not
required in every source file.

The changes we anticipate are organizational only - there are no planned
changes to the content.

We'll take the advice of the community on this.....we don't have a vested
interest in any particular issue tracking system.
