No decision has been made.  Someone suggested that it did not appear that
the FTP Server was gaining any support.  If you and your company are
interested in it, you might want to contribute more actively.  An active
community is considered a vital aspect of an ASF project.  There are several
people who have recently expressed interest in the project, so if you, Jill
Stephenson, and others were to actively participate, that could be a good
thing.  And, as a I said earlier, Paul Hammant has been using FTPServer as
the test bed for his POJOfication work.
