None of those things sound like they need to be private.  You could discuss
them on your public lists.  The JAMES PMC list, for example, is rarely,
rarely used.

Nope.  WSRP4J is under an existing TLP, so you'd be using that PMC mailing
list.  This is why we setup logging-ppmc@incubator, rather than a specific
one for the logging sub-projects.
