After what fact? I didn't realize that you needed to be consulted before the ASF could install a service, or look into what it would take to migrate data. However it might have appeared to you, no one was planning to move projects without prior notice. I still have a message sitting in my Draft folder to send out, except that we ran into snags doing our migration.
