If you can provide a CGI that produces XML, Forrest can pull in the
content with a rule like:

<map:match pattern="whoweare.html">
 <map:generate src="http://www.apache.org/cgi-bin/whoweare.pl"/>
 <map:transform src="whoweare2document.xsl"/>
 <map:serialize/>
</map:match>
