In the change I pushed out this morning I updated it to say that 11.1 was
the 'certified' version, but it was compatible with other versions.

        This version of Apache Flex was certified for use with Flash
Player 11.1, and is
        compatible with versions 11.1 through 11.5.


Let me know if I should update it.
