Carol,

This was done to make the installation location more 'compliant' with
Windows conventions (Program Files/App Dir/App.exe). And seeing that
Apache Flex is now in the good company of iWork and many other apps
from major suppliers, even on the Mac we're in good shape, I think ;-)
