Nope.  RC7 corresponds to 1.0.6.

RC1 -> 1.0.0
RC2 -> 1.0.1
RC3 -> 1.0.2
RC4 -> 1.0.3
RC5 -> 1.0.4
RC6 -> 1.0.5

Keeping up with this convention, RC7 -> 1.0.6.
