Oleg,

Anybody is free to create an installable version of the SDK.  Chances are,
we will probably link to it from the mail site as well (after a committer
double checks it to make sure it didn't break in the process).  If you
would be willing to make a .DEB / .RPM / etc. packages, that would be
awesome.
