I have performed a preliminary review and refactoring of the code to fix de= pendencies, etc. Given that, do I file the software grant now and then the = PPMC works on final IP Clearance or something else. I am sorry if I am bein= g dense but I continue to be confused by this and right now I am in a holdi= ng pattern. Mike
