Some Googling brought me this: http://infotexture.net/2010/02/git-to-svn-and-back-again/ That's what you are proposing, correct? I'm asking, because it seems rather involved and prone to 'poisoning' either repository with the little bits and pieces that the other VCS uses to do it's thing, unless you dig your heels in and go all Kung Fu with hooks and stuff...
