I didn't look in the test case, but in general, in a Flex app's frame 1 there can't be external
classes.  Frame 1 might load external classes needed by Frame 2, but for the most part, the
verifier will pretty much insist that classes are there before you hit them, so the linker
crams them all in.  It doesn't do any sort of flow analysis.
