Justin,

I maybe missing something else, but here are my ant checkintests results:
Should I be adding FLASHPLAYER_DEBUGGER to my env. variables first?

$ ant checkintests
Buildfile: c:\p\flex_os\workspace\ApacheFlex\build.xml

check-air-home:
     [echo] AIR_HOME is C:\p\flex_os\AdobeAIRSDK

check-runtime-env:

BUILD FAILED
c:\p\flex_os\workspace\ApacheFlex\build.xml:1096: FLASHPLAYER_DEBUGGER is
${env.FLASHPLAYER_DEBUGGER
} which is not an Adobe Flash Player content debugger

Total time: 1 second
