I just pushed a new set of changes to
https://github.com/bigosmallm/MakeApacheFlexForFlashBuilder

This supports:

1.  Entering flex sdk path in GUI (if not provided as a command line
argument)
2.  MacOS support.  This has not been tested yet.

Can you please test it out and let me know?
