I'm guessing that perhaps as3commons zip doesn't support .tbz2 files?

Would it be possible to optionally specify the location of the Apache =
Flex  SDK and the AIR integration. This would be help  were you may not =
have internet access or for installing on multiple machines (so you only =
have to download the the large files once).
