I agree that it's not an ideal situation, that's why I mentioned that
the Flex team might find a better way later, but *for now* this allows
the project to go forward. For now you also need the Flash player
anyway to run Flex apps, and that's not open either, so having to get
those swc files under a different license doesn't make things much
worse right now.
