The plan is to try to deal with the most obvious and easy licensing issues
and get the most or all of the framework source code in this week.  We'll
finish scrubbing later.

Getting our automated verification suite in will take longer, so we'll
probably ask that commits be limited to "safe" things like really simple bu=
g
fixes and documentation.
