Even an ugly quick prototype usually speaks much louder than a 100-email thread. People who aren't Flex committers are welcome to create code elsewhere and make this list aware of it, or attach it to a JIRA issue as a contribution. If Flex committers like what they see, that's a good step towards being nominated as a committer. -Bertrand
